Technical Integration and Support Engineer

One of our clients, a dynamic startup based in Tel Aviv, is looking to hire a Support Engineer.

Their software is designed to accelerate the commercial deployment of autonomous systems and improve uptime. With a focus on the automotive, logistics, and last-mile delivery sectors, the company aims to revolutionize these industries through its innovative products. Their flagship product is a versatile teleoperation platform that allows human operators to monitor, guide, and control vehicles from thousands of miles away.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a BSc/BA in computer science or electrical engineering, is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer support and solution implementation.
• Strong knowledge of networking and Linux-based devices.
• Hands-on experience with hardware and software integration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Experience in troubleshooting electronics and vehicle communication systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally for system deployments and customer support.
