We are seeking a talented and experienced Scrum Master

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

Overall, as a Scrum Master you will be the go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work, managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.

You will be working with stakeholders, full-stack developers, team leaders, QA, big data teams, BI, UX/UI, and more.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 1 year as Scrum Master/R&D Project Manager
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques
• Experience in leading agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, pre-planning, planning, retrospectives, demos, etc.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
