We are looking for a highly skilled Configuration Control Engineer to join our PLM & Configuration Control team in Israel. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our products adhere to the highest standards through meticulous change control, contributing significantly to our development processes and product quality.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement engineering changes (ECO, MCO, DCO, DA).
• BOM Development - Develop and maintain complex Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Resolve documentation issues in development and production.
• Ensure adherence to the Change Control Process for multidisciplinary departments and the manufacturing facility quality systems
• Data Transfer Oversight - Manage information transfer from PDM to PLM systems and from PLM to ERP systems.
• Lead Change Request Process - Schedule meetings, conduct pre-reviews, set agendas, and issue minutes.

Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with PLM system.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Proven track record in managing engineering changes.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience in transitioning products from development to production.
• Experience in manufacturing.
• Strong technical writing skills in both English and Hebrew.
