Junior Electro-Optics Engineer

In EyeC LiDAR we are developing the next generation of high-performance long-range LIDAR systems for Mobileye autonomous vehicles.

The project involves cutting-edge electro-optic modules for FMCW LIDAR, HW, VLSI, mechanics, SW FW, and Algorithms.

We are looking for a Junior Elctro-Optics Engineer.

What your job will look like?

• Characterization, planning and execution of optical experiments
• Analysis of system performance based on simulations
• Lead debugging effort mainly related to optics issues as well as signal quality
  
  

• B.Sc in Electrical Engineering/Applied Physics, with specialization in Optics /Electro Optics – Must
• Academic courses in fields of: Optics, Electro- optics (lasers/sensors), Optics labStatistics, digital signal processing – Must
• Proficiency in Matlab is a must. Python - advantage
• Industry experience – up to one year
• Proven hands-on experience working in an optical laboratory – Optics setups, signal quality measurements and analysis – Advantage
• Experience in data analysis and simulation tools - Advantage
• Excellent teamwork, communication and collaboration skills
