Product Engineer

Basic Job Purpose:

Manage projects related to product line lifecycle from all technical aspects.

Main Duties:

• Management of various projects within the Engineering department.
• ECO initiation, management and implementation.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Ensure products are manufactured based on the standards set by the organization.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Required Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field
• .>5 years’ experience in multidisciplinary companies
• .Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• .Experience with project management software tools
• .Strong project leadership capability
• .Good communicational skills in English and Hebrew- Verbal, writing, readin
• gExperience with CAD tools
• .Experience in supporting production lines
