Job Description

We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Ecommerce Operations & Content Specialist to join our team in Petah Tikva.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Operations Support: Assist the marketing team with various operational tasks.
• Website Management: Be part of a team that operates the Borderfree.com website, ensuring smooth functionality.
• Content Management: Oversee and execute content uploads, updates, and maintenance.
• Website Performance: Ensure website functionality, performance, and security.
• Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and design teams to launch promotions and new features.
• Data Analysis: Monitor website analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement (GA4, mixpannel etc.)
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Coordination: Work with developers and service providers as needed.
  
  

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing websites using WordPress or similar content management systems (Elementor is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Strong technical skills and savvy with technology.
• Analytics Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel (optional).
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bonus Points: Experience in e-commerce or a related field. An interest in fashion is a plus, but not required.
