Quality System Manager

CollPlant Biotechnologies, located in Rehovot, Israel, is developing technologies in the fields of regenerative medicine, 3D bioprinting of tissues and organs and medical aesthetics. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated QS manager to join our team.

Job description

• Develop, document, and maintain quality management policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with ISO 13485 and international standards .

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements to QA principles in design, manufacturing and distribution activities.

• Plan, conduct, and manage internal audits as per QMS requirements.

• Prepare for external audits conducted by regulatory bodies or customers.

• Document audit results, identify non-conformances, and lead corrective and preventive actions.

• Develop and deliver training and educational programs for employees on quality management, procedures, and standards.

• Identify and lead projects for continuous improvement of quality processes within the organization.

• Maintain and File QMS controlled documentation and quality records

• Implementation of ECRs to QMS and distribution of documents to relevant departments

•Coordinate MRBs committees and follow up MRB activities

Knowledge/Educational Requirements

•5-7years in QMS management in a Biotech company with proven experience in ISO 13485 standard.

• Master degree in Science, Biology, Biotechnology etc.

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• organized, detailed and accountable

• Mandatory Proficiency in English (writing & speaking)

•Great Great interpersonal skills
