As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our content strategy. You will create compelling and informative content that resonates with specific target audiences, drives engagement, and supports our overall marketing goals. You will also support our online advertising campaigns and contribute to our overall marketing strategy while leveraging AI tools to create and optimize engaging content that enhances our brand visibility, engages our audience, and supports our marketing objectives.

• Develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality marketing content including blog posts tailored to the needs and interests of physician specialists.
• Create and promote white papers that address complex medical topics, providing valuable insights and solutions to our target audience.
• Use AI tools to generate high-quality, engaging content for various channels.
• Design and create promotional materials for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Utilize AI technologies to analyze and optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement. Continuously improve content based on data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Update our social media platforms using AI tools for scheduling and performance tracking, ensuring consistent and effective communication that aligns with our brand voice.
• Track and analyze content performance to refine strategies and improve results.
• Ensure all content is consistent in terms of tone, style, and messaging with the brand’s guidelines.

By focusing on creating targeted and impactful content, you will help us build strong connections with our audience of physicians and contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives.

• Proven experience in content marketing, content writing, graphic design, and social media management, with a focus on B2B SaaS and health sectors.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create engaging and clear content.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, social media trends, and the ability to derive actionable insights
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools such as WordPress CMS, GA4, HubSpot, and Moz.
• Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Experience in using AI tools for content creation, optimization, and analysis (e.g. ChatGPT, Grammarly, Midjourney, Descript, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media management tools is preferred (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)

Location: This is a full-time remote position
