PHP Tech Lead - Petah Tikva

We are looking for a passionate and experienced PHP Tech Lead to join our

dynamic team and spearhead the development of our flagship HR software.

In this leadership role, you will:

 Lead and mentor a team of talented PHP developers, fostering a collaborative and

high-performing environment.

 Tackle complex technical challenges in our full-cycle HR software, architecting

scalable and maintainable solutions.

 Drive the development of innovative features, employing modern PHP practices and

ensuring exceptional code quality.

 Own the technical direction for assigned features, making key decisions on

architecture and implementation.

 Champion best practices within the team, implementing code reviews and

knowledge-sharing initiatives.

 Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate

requirements into exceptional software solutions.

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development.

You will be a great fit if you have:

 Proven experience leading and mentoring developer teams in a fast-paced

environment.

 5+ years of experience in full stack web development with proficiency in PHP and

JavaScript.

 Experience building and scaling APIs.

 Experience with performance optimization techniques.

 A strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and RESTful

APIs.

 Experience with cloud infrastructure and real-time computing concepts.

 A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve.

 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

 The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
