Production Manager

A production manager is needed for a leading retail company in the Sharon region

Job description :

Overall responsibility for the operation of the plant

Product development process management

Active involvement and ongoing control in the field of sales

Constant improvement and optimization of the work processes in the factory

Profit and loss unit management

Construction and implementation of annual work plans

Management of external procurement from suppliers in Israel and abroad

Responsibility and management of the product infrastructure

Management of foreign exchange inventory

Required experience:

Education in the field of industrial engineering/logistics - an advantage

Experience in Low Tech production

Understanding the inventory of raw materials and BOM's

Proven experience in managing at least 20 employees

Good understanding and technical ability

Experience in leading and implementing processes in the world of technical production
