We're looking for a System Engineer to join our large security company in the North of Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and design system architectures and software solutions
-Lead and manage software development projects
-Supervise and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and support
-Participate in the development and coding of software systems
-Oversee the testing and integration of software systems
-Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs, development processes, and project plans
-Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in OO software development within Real-Time environments
- Experience as a System Engineer, Software Team Leader, Project Manager, or leading software development projects
- Proficiency in C++ development
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering
