Digital Systems Analyst

We're seeking a Digital Systems Analyst to join to our team in a large organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document system requirements for both front-end and back-end components.
• Work with Web services and Open APIs.
• Develop and execute complex SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
• Review and write system logs to track system performance, identify issues, and support troubleshooting efforts.
• Create detailed system documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and data models.
• Participate in the design and implementation of system changes, enhancements, and integrations.

Requirements:

-3 years of experience in analyzing front-end and back-end systems.

-1 year of experience working with Web services, Open APIs, and interpreting Swagger documentation.

-Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases.

-Experience with reading and writing logs to monitor and troubleshoot system performance.

-Familiarity with Jira and experience working within Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
