Research And Development Chemist

Nur Ink Innovations is seeking a passionate and experienced R&D Chemist to join our team at our HQ in Israel.

We're a trailblazing digital ink technology, on a mission to redefine the future of digital printing with our revolutionary environment-friendly water-based inkjet inks and pigment dispersions. As a member of our dynamic R&D team, you will play a vital role in developing cutting-edge ink formulations that meet the evolving demands of the industry.

You will:

• Development of water-based inkjet inks and other fluids for various print-head platforms and products
• Design, preparation, and evaluation/ testing of various formulations
• Develop a complete process for the implementation of those inkjet inks and fluid materials by different coating/printing techniques
• Utilize various characterization methods to evaluate the functionality and performance
• Small-scale manufacturing and printing
• Scale-up planning & manufacturing procedures
• Internal alpha testing and beta testing at customers’ sites worldwide
• Literature search, work plan preparation, experimental design, and writing technical results reports

You own:

• MSc in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Engineering: A solid academic foundation in chemistry is essential.
• Inkjet Ink Chemistry Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in inkjet ink development and preparation.
• Aqueous Pigment-Based Ink Expertise: Previous experience with aqueous pigment-based ink formulations is a major plus.
• Coating & Printing Knowledge: Familiarity with coating techniques, inkjet technologies, and digital printing will give you a strong advantage.
• Passion & Drive: You are a motivated self-learner with a genuine passion for innovation and a desire to make a real impact.
• Team Spirit: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You can effectively communicate your ideas and findings both verbally and in writing, with fluency in English.
