As Spinframe continues to expand its global presence through a powerful team focused on business and revenue growth, we are looking for a creative and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager at SpinFrame, you will be responsible for planning and leading our innovative product development. Responsibilities:

* Gather, understand, and translate business and customer requirements into hardware software specifications.

* Inspire and lead cross-functional teams across multidisciplinary engineering, marketing, to execute product strategies.

* Preparation and execution of product roadmap

* Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative platforms and products, particularly those utilizing AI-powered damage detection and automated

vehicle inspection technologies.

* Implement lean agile methodologies with R&D team to navigate rapid development cycles and foster iterative progress.

* Deconstruct complex problems into manageable components, fostering holistic solutions. * Ensure our solutions continue to meet the needs of large-scale vehicle logistic hubs, car rental agencies, dealerships, and other stakeholders in the automotive supply chain.

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of experience in product management that combines hardware software solution.

* BSc/ MSc in a relevant field- preferably Engineering.

* Experience in building Agile product roadmap

* Strong leadership skills, ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and motivate indirect cross-functional teams.

* Great communication skills and a talent for storytelling.

* Exhibit strategic thinking, creativity, and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.

* Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in areas related to vehicle inspection and damage detection, is highly advantageous.

* Working in a startup environment is a significant advantage.
