About the role:

An opportunity to lead a team and drive technological solutions for complex business needs in a digital and innovative environment at Cal.

• Managing a team of digital system analysts.
• Developing work plans for the system analysts' team for various projects, tasks, and initiatives within the organization.
• Responsibility for the team's high-level and detailed specifications, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality outputs are achieved.
• Leading technological solutions for complex business needs in a digital and innovative environment.
• Collaborating with multiple interfaces: project managers, development and testing teams, architects, business partners, and more.
• Constantly thinking about improvement, defining innovation processes, and initiating digital initiatives within the organization.
• Employee development and training – mentoring, coaching, and providing professional and personal support to team members.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in system analysis/architecture.
• 2+ years of experience in team management – an advantage.
• 2+ years of development experience – a significant advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge and familiarity with databases.
• Experience in system analysis in the digital field – internet and complex systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and employee mentoring abilities.
• Broad systemic and process-oriented vision.
• Initiative, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Ability to lead large processes and projects.
• Experience in leading employees and managing technological projects – an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field – an advantage.
