About us Phase V (HQ in Boston, R&D in Tel Aviv) is a startup at the forefront of advancing clinical trials. With a focus on innovation through cutting-edge causal machine learning and reinforcement learning, our mission is to transform the realm of clinical development. Our technical team is composed of industry experts who are building a platform to design and execute advanced dynamic clinical trials. We raised $15M in funding in 2023 to support our rapid growth and groundbreaking work.

The Position

We are in search of a Head of Product with a strong technical background, clinical knowledge, and business acumen. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our data science team and clinical/business stakeholders, ensuring our products not only harness robust analytics but are also intuitive and tailored to user need

Duties and Responsibilities

● Lead the development and launch of a user-centric clinical trials platform that integrates advanced data science and machine learning methodologies.

● Deliver product initiatives with a strong, execution-oriented work ethic, meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the strategic business objectives, driving product vision and defining key milestones

. ● Serve as the linchpin between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex data and clinical concepts into actionable insights and user-friendly features.

● Champion the voice of clinical users within the product development process, ensuring that the platform meets the high-stakes needs of clinical trial design and analysis.

● Engage with clinical experts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to refine product offerings for optimal market fit and impact.

Required Qualifications

● Solid track record managing product.

● Demonstrable experience working with statistical and data science methodologies

. ● Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup atmosphere.

Desired Skills

● Advanced degree in biology or a related field (MD), with significant exposure to the health domain and specifically the drug development stage and clinical trials.

● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts for various audiences.

● Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capacity to navigate both clinical and business discussions.

● Proven experience in balancing technical possibilities with business requirements.
