Job Description:

As a Jira & Confluence Data Center Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize the data center infrastructure for our client, focusing specifically on Jira and Confluence platforms. This role requires strong scripting abilities, an in-depth understanding of agile methodologies, and the capacity to be the best both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain the data center infrastructure with precision and expertise.

· Develop and deploy scripts to automate tasks and streamline operations effectively.

· Exhibit mastery in Atlassian tools such as ScriptRunner, JMWE, Automation, Structure, Plan (Advanced Roadmap), and Xray.

· Demonstrate familiarity with agile processes and methodologies.

· Provide comprehensive support to end-users, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

· Foster collaboration within the team, showcasing autonomy, self-motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

· Proven track record as a highly skilled Data Center Administrator – 1 Year Min.

· Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Groovy, Java (mandatory).

· Excellent command of Atlassian tools, including ScriptRunner, JMWE, Automation, Structure, Plan (Advanced Roadmap), and Xray (Xray is mandatory).

· Familiarity with agile methodologies.

· Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and autonomously.

· Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to support.
