Software Project Manager

Role Description:

Asio Technologies is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead, plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver critical software projects, while adhering to defined timelines and budgets.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage software projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Write requirements documents, manage, and lead surveys.
• Manage project schedule and budget (internal and external)
• Manage work processes with clients.
• Prepare proposals, manage negotiations, and submit bids.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Proven 5+ years of experience leading complex software projects, both engineering and managerial
• Experience in mobile software development - a significant advantage.
• Prior experience in managing subcontractors.
• Prior experience working with military and MoD entities - a significant advantage.
• English fluency
• Relevant bachelor's degree

Advantages:

• Experience commanding an infantry combat unit in the IDF (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills Military service as an officer with operational background in land warfare - a significant advantage
