Assistant Controller

Join our dynamic team at Union Investments and Development as an Accounting Assistant!

You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting functions, including:

• Investment Accounting: Oversee the accounting for a diverse portfolio of domestic and international investments, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Securities Management: Manage the company's marketable securities, including preparation of regulatory reports for the ISA and SEC.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, and work closely with external auditors.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) after completing an internship at a large firm - Mandatory
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, with a focus on financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
