Role Description

The director of development will be responsible for leading end-to-end cross-organizational development tasks. Leading several development teams, characterization and implementation of optimal technological solutions and regular status reporting.

Key Required Qualifications Skills And Experience

• Previous experience as a R&D group leader of a 20+ sized team within a corporate organization environment.
• Technical knowledge and ability to perform hands-on tasks with full-stack development.
• Proven track record of leadership and team management, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals and objectives.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and drive project success in a fast-paced environment. (Solid experience in agile methodologies- e.g SCRUM).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with a passion for driving positive change and making a meaningful impact
• Experience in building great performing, highly scalable teams.
