We’re searching for an enthusiastic technical writer to join our team. An individual with a willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills.

The right candidate will have the skills required to write customer-centric documentation to deliver a great experience.

Things you do on a day-to-day basis:

• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience that sets up our users for success.
• Research and document new and existing products/features.
• Prepare documentation for releases.

Skills & Qualifications:

• +3 years experience as an effective technical writer.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Native English speaker
• Enthusiastic, Adaptable and Proactive approach to finding solutions.
• Familiar with the Developer and Docs as Code environment and tools.
• A true team player with strong collaboration and organizational skills.

What additional skills are helpful?

• Experience in a SaaS environment
• Familiar with Front End Development
• Familiar with markdown, git and code samples.
