About Us: At Roga Analytics, we're harnessing the power of automation to drive business success. As our new RPA developer, you’ll be pivotal in managing and developing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that streamline operations and enhance efficiency. RPA uses software robots to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks typically performed by humans, significantly increasing efficiency and accuracy while reducing operational costs.

Position Overview: We are looking to expand the RPA team of one of our clients (a mid-sized mental health clinic) with an additional member who will support their existing automations and contribute to the development of new ones. Currently, they have a single RPA specialist managing all their RPA activities. Given the increasing volume of automation tasks and the need for continuous updates and bug fixes, we're seeking someone who can work alongside the senior developer to ensure smooth operations and to innovate new solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain existing RPA solutions.
• Fix bugs and issues that arise, particularly those identified from overnight processes.
• Develop and implement new automation processes.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address automation needs.
• Ensure all automations are running efficiently and troubleshoot any delays or glitches.

Qualifications:

• Experience in RPA development, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, particularly in identifying and fixing bugs.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

• Junior to mid-level experience in RPA development.
• Previous experience in monitoring and maintaining automation processes.
• Familiarity with working across different time zones.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible hours with a block of time during which you can meet with the team.
• Ability to start work early in the morning to address any issues from overnight processes.
