Survey Research - Student position (Temporary - 6 months)

Zencity’s surveys help state and local governments understand and respond to the needs of their residents. Our research enables clients to effectively tackle many of their most critical challenges in areas such as infrastructure spending, economic development, and police transparency. With the insights from these surveys, leaders are able to make more informed decisions and deliver better results for their communities.

In this role, you will support the team in creating survey solutions for our clients, including data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the survey team in the day-to-day work
• Analyze qualitative data and produce meaningful conclusions
• Create standardized reports for the Community Survey product
• Work closely with the Professional Services teams to deliver end-to-end survey projects
  
  

• Experience with qualitative analysis
• Professional proficiency in English
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• Detail-oriented nature with a focus on data accuracy
• Availability for immediate start
• Availability for full-time during the summer and at least 60% position scope starting November 2024
  
  

• Student for B.A/B.Sc in social sciences
• Experience working in a service-oriented and client-focused environment
• Familiarity with survey design or methodology
• Experience working with survey data and analysis
