Product Analyst (Part-time, Student Position)

As a Product Analyst at Rekor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and improving our innovative traffic management products. Your insights and analysis will directly influence product enhancements, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. By understanding and translating customer usage into actionable product improvements, you'll ensure our products not only meet but exceed customer needs while aligning with business goals and efficiency standards. You'll collaborate with dynamic teams, including product managers, operations, designers, engineers, data scientists, and customers, to drive product performance based on data and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Product Enhancements: Collaborate with Product managers and Operations to analyze customer usage and translate these insights into KPIs measurements and product improvements.
• Customer Insights: Conduct market research and tastings and gather customer feedback to translate findings into actionable product recommendations.
• Technical Collaboration: Work with product managers and engineers to convert business needs into technical specifications, ensuring features align with strategic goals and efficiency metrics.
• Product Optimization: Continuously analyze product performance, feature gaps, usage patterns, and customer experience pain points to recommend enhancements for maximum efficiency and scalability.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to inform product development and improvement strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to gather insights and feedback.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and derive insights from data.
• Training Materials: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate end-users on product features and usage.
• Risk Managment: Identify potential risks in product development and provide mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  
  

• Education: Current 3rd of 4th year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Science (BSc) or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate customer usage data into product improvements.
• Tools: Familiarity with SQL. Some experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel) for creating basic reports and visual representations of data.
• Communication and Proactivity: Demonstrates excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, coupled with a highly proactive approach.
• Software Understanding: Basic understanding of software development principles.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively while balancing academic commitments.
• Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry practices
