Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Product Designer for Consult2All security partner in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for leading the visual design, applying design thinking principles, conducting user research, and product design. The role will also involve UX research to enhance product experiences.

Job Description:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply understand user needs and pain points
• Design high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that solve complex user problems
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design
• Expand and maintain our product design system, and work closely with the engineering teams to guide the successful implementation of your design
• Collaborate with the research, product, development, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer
• A strong portfolio showcasing leading end-to-end product design projects
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic coding principles
• Passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences
• Visual Design and Design Thinking skills
• Strong background in UX Research
• Experience in creating innovative design solutions
• Proficiency in prototyping and wireframing tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote setting
