Shavit is looking for a talented Professional Services Support!

Job Description:

• Business operation, Tier 2 support - in-depth knowledge of processes with the provision of business impact support, in-depth investigation and identification of the source of faults, solving the root problem or referring treatment to the relevant teams.

• Accountability monitoring of business systems, system optimization, system integrity and business identification ahead of time, by investigative tools.

• Ongoing work with development and infrastructure teams as needed

• In-depth understanding of characterization documents, and service alerts

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience working in a technological support team

• In-depth familiarity and proven infrastructural knowledge - WIN servers, LINUX servers, an advantage for experience in setting up servers

• SQL-based data exploration - mandatory

• Proven knowledge of working on a variety of information systems

•Experience working with SPLUNK including characterization and setting up monitoring and dashboards, log investigation - mandatory
