Software Engineer Team Lead

A successful startup developing a SaaS product for managing digital sales. Their cloud solution streamlines sales processes, helping clients shorten purchasing cycles and creating a new dynamic between buyers and sellers. Additionally, the company offers a digital Deal Room, which centralizes all information, documents, and stages of the sales process, enabling real-time customization, transparency, and collaboration to drive sales growth.

Located in the central region, the company supports hybrid work arrangements and currently employs 200 people, 65 of whom are in R&D.

Responsibilities:

• End to end ownership for a product line development, from designing the engineering solution, through development, code review, production deployment to rollout and monitoring

• Manage a strong team of developers both frontend and backend

• Solve real world business problems using engineering approaches

• Work closely with the product managers to define and timeline solution

• Recruit top talent developers for your team

• Be at least 50% hands-on development as part of the team

• Contribute to the engineering culture and methodologies

Requirements:

• 4 years' experience of leading a full stack software team with at least 3 developers

• 8 years' experience in Java server-side development

• 8 years' Experience with client side development (Angular)

• Experience with relational databases

• Experience with performance tuning and monitoring

• Experience in Caching (Memcache/Redis/Other)

• BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
