NodeJS Developer

A startup in the Security sector, developing a SaaS solution for the discovery, monitoring, and management of secrets (access credentials) for cloud services and data. Their product addresses one of the most common attack vectors in organizations today. It is designed for CISOs and App Sec professionals in enterprise organizations, enabling them to map all secrets within the organization, understand their creation, usage, detect anomalies, and identify potential misuse by attackers.

Located in Tel Aviv, within walking distance of a train station, the company operates a hybrid work model with two days working from home. The team consists of 27 employees, 18 of whom are based in Israel.

The company is experiencing significant growth following a recent $18M Round A funding by well-known cybersecurity angels. Founded in 2022, the company already has paying customers and expects to double its revenue in the coming year.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable cloud-native Node.js applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Backend Engineer with an emphasis on Node.js development

• Proficiency in working with cloud platforms

• Strong understanding of platform operations, infrastructure, and high-scale environments

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools

• Solid understanding of database systems

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
