Vice President of Project Management – Power Plants

A leading power plant company based in central Israel is seeking an experienced and professional Vice President of Project Management to lead complex global projects. Job Description:

* Comprehensive leadership and management of diverse power plant projects, from the planning stage to project completion, including infrastructure projects for overseas power plants.

* Management of budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to the highest standards and goals.

* Leadership of multidisciplinary teams, both local and international. * Building and nurturing strategic customer relationships.

* Negotiation with suppliers and contractors.

* Direct reporting to management on project progress.

* Frequent travel to project sites abroad (approximately 6-8 times per year).

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering - required.
• Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects such as desalination plants, power plants, and industrial plant construction on a large scale. Proven experience in managing complex international projects.
• Experience in managing diverse and multidisciplinary teams. Full proficiency in English. Significant advantage for candidates speaking Russian.
• In-depth knowledge of power plant planning, execution, and construction processes.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make quick decisions.
• Leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

• The candidate should have engineering experience, with a preference for civil engineers.
