Senior Product Manager

Radcom is a leading provider in the telecom industry, known for delivering innovative solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of telecom operations. We are currently seeking a Senior of Product Management to join our dynamic team and lead our User Plan domain.

The Senior of Product Management will be responsible for overseeing the User Plan domain, which includes voice, data, and customer care segments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling product offerings that resonate with the market. The successful candidate will manage a team of three domain experts and work closely with sales, marketing, and presales teams to drive product adoption and ensure market fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a product strategy for the User Plan domain, focusing on voice, data, and customer care.
• Translate market needs into product requirements and work with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the telecom market, particularly in network assurance and monitoring, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and presales teams to articulate the value proposition of the products and assist in the sales process.
• Serve as the product evangelist, presenting to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure products meet customer expectations and adjust strategies based on market feedback.
• Analyze market trends and perform competitive analysis to position our products effectively.
• Work closely with other product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive product portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product management within the telecom industry, specifically with a focus on network assurance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record of managing product life cycles and successfully launching products in the telecom sector.
• Strong understanding of Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), telecom voice requirements, and related assurance technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape in the telecom industry.
