Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented first level support for ERP Dynamics 365 F&O and to join our team. The successful candidate will provide 1st level support, assist in managing and maintaining our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) environment and other supporting systems such as PLM and Power BI

Essential Functions

• Perform system testing, quality assurance, and proper documentation per company procedures to ensure the stability and accuracy of the ERP system.
• Conduct user training.
• Maintain system settings and user accounts.
• Handle system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Create system documentation and user guides.
• Provide out-of-hours support for critical issues.
  
  

• 1-2 years of proven hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining ERP systems with focus on Supply Chain and Production module.
• Knowledge in Finance module - Advantage
• Experience in an industrial, medical, or global company - Advantage.
• Power BI and Power Automate knowledge – Advantage.
• PLM Systems knowledge – Advantage.
