Outsourced QA Consultant

Join Phytolon as an outsourced QA Consultant and take part in shaping the QA infrastructure. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive QA systems that align with global food safety regulations and joining Phytolon’s manufacturing team, including creating standard operating procedures, documentation, and quality control measures.

The role involves collaborating with international suppliers, creating detailed documentation, and establishing effective quality control measures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in establishing and implementing QA systems within the food industry.
• Proven experience in writing/adapting HACCP plans.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., GMP, FSSC 22000).
• Strong understanding of food ingredient sourcing and quality control procedures.
• Experience working with food-grade materials and knowledge of food processing.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge in QA of fermentation processes – Advantage!
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
