A successful online company is looking for a Development Team Leader.
The position does not include hands-on (HO) work.
Ramat Gan, One day working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Team management
- Conducting feedback sessions
- Mentoring the team
- Performing code reviews
- Responsibility for architecture
- Promoting tasks together with the scrum master
- Conducting team meetings and meetings with stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of development experience
- At least 1 year of managerial experience with a team of at least 3-4 developers
- Experience with microservices
- Experience with Node.js
- Experience with React.js
- Experience with TypeScript
