We seek a highly motivated and skilled Cyber Defense Systems Operator to support our cybersecurity operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and monitoring of our cyber defense systems, ensuring the security and integrity of our network and data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and operate cybersecurity systems, including intrusion detection systems (IDS), intrusion prevention systems (IPS), firewalls, and security information and event management (SIEM) tools.

- Analyze security incidents and alerts to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.

- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with the incident response team to mitigate risks.

- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments.

- Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement and maintain security protocols and best practices.

- Develop and maintain documentation for security procedures and incident response plans.

- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in cybersecurity operations or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM tools.

- Experience with incident response and vulnerability assessment.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
