We are looking for Digital System Analyst Team Lead

About the role:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital system analysts.

- Oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of digital systems and projects.

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs, processes, and procedures.

- Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project status, system performance, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital systems analysis, with at least [2-4] years in a leadership or team lead role.

- Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading teams.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in digital system design, development, and implementation.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
