Security GRC

Leading the industry cyber and security standards, and Compliance processes in a Financial environment.

Managing the cyber and security risks assessment and mitigation operations.

Requirements:

• A degree and/or Accreditation in business, finance, Information Systems, risk management, cyber security, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• At least 3 years experience in Leading compliance and risk assessment, mitigation planning, and implementation, within a financial company/systems-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and characterize appropriate reports for the purpose of performing controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to manage risk assessments and penetration tests in collaboration with internal and external IT and PT teams.
• Ability to conduct findings validation process with internal and external IT and PT teams.
• Experience in information security standards (e.g. SOC1, SOC2,ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
• Experience in risk management and assessment methodologies
• Project management skills
• Certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, or CISSP are a plus
