Responsibilities

• Serve as the driving force, fueled by an ambition for success and a commitment to lifting the studio to greater heights.
• Creates and executes the product's road map
• Responsible for directing and guiding the team to execute deliverables on time and within required scope
• Optimizes project management workflows
• Challenges team members for personal and professional growth
• Acts as PM and manages certain products in time of need
• Constantly searches for new product ideas
• Assures the quality of the product under their domain and his employees' ability to solve problems
• Leads a specific domain cross-department – optional
• Escalates projects' and domain's needs to upper management
• Prioritizes missions for R&D, managing team resources
• Be proactive in adding value and identifying potential risks.
  
  

• Experience in gaming industry- Must
• 2+ experience Years as Product Team Lead- Must
• Project Management skills
• Understanding of software development and product's life cycle
• Understanding of player experience and needs
• Knowledge of working in agile methodologies
• Technological orientation; Background in development- Advantage
• Basic proficiency using analytics tools- Advantage
