As a Technical Customer Support, your area of responsibility will be working directly with our worldwide customers and daily interactions with our R&D team, supporting and implementing technological solutions for our clients.
You will be the main focal point for providing professional services, solving integration issues, creating new product configurations, and helping drive our customers toward success.
Key position responsibilities:
Technical support to our worldwide customers (B2B, B2G).
Hands-on deployment of versions and patches.
Internal support to our R&D teams.
Implement solutions and deployments of versions.
Provide product and system guidance to end users, remotely and on-site.
Master the product features and capabilities and provide solutions to support clients’ needs.
Write product and infrastructure documentation to enhance the company's knowledge base.
Requirements:
1-2 years in customer support experience, costumer facing
Proven experience in SQL database like mySQL, maria DB or similar
Proven experience in technical support, as tier 2
Experience in working with Linux/dockers – huge advantage
Proficient English – writing at a high level, speaking fluently and confidently, ability to discuss on technical topics with clients and IT/DevOps teams
The job requires passing security clearance process
