Data Scientist

A successful, fast-growing startup company in Northern Israel is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Data Scientist who lives and breathes ML algorithms.

The company has developed a unique device for manufacturing companies, helping them get better understanding of their manufacturing process.

In this position you will join a team of experts, and do the following:

• Take part in the development of cutting-edge predictive maintenance models by leveraging various Machine Learning approaches.
• Develop alarge-scale machine learningmodels.
• Bring new ideas,take ownership and bring them to production, end to end –
• from EDA to model deployment.

This is a full time, hybrid position, working 2-3 days from the office in Yokneam Illit.

Requirements:

• M.Sc. in ComputerEngineering, statistics, ComputerScience or equivalent.
• 3+ years as a data scientist developing in Python/Spark
• 3+ years of experience in Time Series.
• Proven Experience with Supervised and Unsupervised Learning.
• Proven experience in implementing ML algorithms in production.
• Strong development background. Each member of the group is responsible for both the scientific and the engineering solution.
• Experiencewith Git – Bitbucket or GitHub

Bonus points:

• Experiencefrom an IoT/Predictive Maintenance company.
• Experiencewith Signal Processing Modeling
• Experience in building Cross Assets/System Level ML models.
• Experiencewith Flow/pipeline tools AirFlow, MLFlow
• Experiencein cloud computation (preferable Azure).
• Experiencewith SQL
• Familiar with Databases - MySQL, Redis,Influx
