Project Manager and Systems Implementer Logistics Information

Your's Responsibilities:

• Member of the implementation team, reporting to the Applications Manager in the IT department
• Support for business processes and users from the Logistics, Production Planning, Quality, Development, and other departments
• Support for the ERP system in logistics and planning modules, WMS, production planning forecast management, shipments, and more
• Project management for changes and the implementation of new solutions as part of the organizational ERP system replacement
• Writing and approving specifications, ensuring thorough and detailed documentation, and striving for stable solutions
• Specification and support for integration with other systems such as MES, 365, BI, etc.
• Collaboration with additional teams within the department, including Development, other application teams, Infrastructure, and Helpdesk
• Management and coordination with IT service providers for system support
• Working with a ticket management system and leading the team to high service awareness and adherence to SLAs

What You Bring:

1. 3 to 4 years of experience in implementing and deploying systems and software solutions in logistical fields (with an emphasis on ***WMS***) in a manufacturing company – Required.
2. Over two years of experience as part of an IT department – Required.
3. Knowledge of complex SQL queries – Required.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering / Industrial Engineering and Management – Required.
