Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Researcher with expertise in Active Directory and Entra ID techniques to join our team. As a Defensive Cyber Security Software vendor, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible protection against cyber threats. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, analyzing and developing advanced techniques to safeguard our clients' Active Directory and Entra ID environments, as well as working with internal teams on creating and improving security indicators of attacks, compromise and exposure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive research and analysis of Active Directory and Entra ID security risks, vulnerabilities, and attacks,
• Develop and maintain advanced techniques and tools for identifying and mitigating security threats in Active Directory and Entra ID environments,
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and clients on Active Directory and Entra ID security best practices,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex security issues and recommend improvements to existing systems,
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and threats related to Active Directory and Entra ID security,
• Create technical reports, whitepapers, and presentations to share findings with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the general cybersecurity community.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Cyber Security Research, with a focus on Active Directory and Entra ID techniques,
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID architectures, protocols, security features, and attack tools and techniques,
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, other scripting languages, Active Directory Domain Services, and Entra ID Administration,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex security challenges,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
