Head of Cybersecurity Operations Department

Job Description:

• Manage and investigate information security incidents.
• Professional responsibility for all aspects of operations and monitoring of information security.
• Employee management, budget management.
• Manage cross-company projects.
• Work with external vendors.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of managerial experience – required.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a SOC – required.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a cybersecurity team – required.
• Practical experience in investigating and identifying information security incidents and working with forensic tools – required.
• Experience with SIEM/SOC systems – required.
• Experience with identity management systems.
• Experience with regulation, information security standards, and risk management – required.
• Practical knowledge in communication infrastructure (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN).
• Knowledge and familiarity with complementary security products: content filtering, encrypted email, data leakage prevention, Sandbox, EDR, etc. – an advantage.
• Experience in writing procedures, policies, presentations, and security training – an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in scripting and automation, such as PowerShell, Python – an advantage.
