Position Summary

Minute Media is looking for a Junior Compliance Editor to join the Operations team. The ideal candidate will fulfill an essential role in accomplishing important Compliance projects, ensuring that the content we produce is safe and meets the required standard.

Responsibilities

• Follow policy and compliance work methods with platform brand owners and implement best practices.
• Approving or upgrading content to brand-level policy and compliance.
• Interacting internally and externally with different departments and management levels.
• Be the final check-stop of all content before release.
• Be the compliance and policy point for contacting affiliates, customers, and partners.
  
  

Requirements

• Native English speaker.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, maintain strong working relationships, and maximize collaboration and ability to work independently.
• High attention to detail, along with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel/sheets-an advantage
• Experience with grammar, spelling, content (editing, producing, or managing), and Project management- an advantage
