We seek a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee and create marketing automation and integrations, develop data dashboards, and provide actionable insights to drive strategies.

📍 Work location - hybrid from Israel

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing automation platforms like HubSpot to drive campaigns, capture leads, and optimize customer interactions.
• Develop and integrate marketing tools to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance capabilities.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for the marketing team.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Maintain data hygiene and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data and operations with business objectives and ensure smooth integration of marketing technology solutions.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, data management, or a similar role in a technology-driven environment
• Working experience from a B2B tech company
• Experience in using HubSpot marketing automation platforms and Salesforce
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights
• Experience building integrations between marketing systems and data integration methodologies
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with WordPress and API - an advantage
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, or Upwork - an advantage
