Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Unit Manager in the Pharma division at Lapidot Group in Caesarea, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific business unit, including product management, strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strategic planning, budget management, and leadership skills
• Experience in BU management in a pharmaceutical company, including team leadership, rep management and product management
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Vast knowledge of the healthcare industry
