Chief Digital Officer

We Are looking for a CDO (Chief Digital Officer) to a leading finanacial organization in Ramat Gan

Responsibilities

Full responsibility for the company's digital assets, including development, continuous improvements, and regular troubleshooting

Formulating and leading the company's digital strategy

Managing and leading the implementation of annual work plans

Initiating and managing cross-organizational digital projects

Continuous improvement of customer experience and conversion rates across all digital assets and processes

Responsible for UX/UI and digital language

Deep analysis and monitoring, including meeting targets for digital migration and conversion from sales processes

Analyzing customer behavior in digital channels and continuously improving processes

Managing SEO and content

Managing a team of product and content managers

Qualifications

Over 5 years of experience in managing digital systems in large organizations, preferably in financial organizations

Extensive experience working with development teams in a matrix management structure

Proven experience in leading development teams in a matrix management structure

At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field

Deep analytical knowledge, with a focus on measurable business results

Extensive knowledge in UI/UX domains

Innovative strategic thinking, high presentation skills, and excellent interpersonal relationships
