Financial Planning Analyst

For a leading biotech company, we are looking for an extraordinary FP&A Analyst to join its corporate finance team and become a true thought partner for senior management, providing business insights, high-quality deliverables, and recommendations, reporting to the Senior Controller.

• Lead the annual budget and financial forecasting process and provide monthly and quarterly reports and insightful performance analysis proactively
• Work closely with the Clinical and leadership team to develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company’s strategic objectives
• Control and monitor of Clinical Research Organizations and medical sites budgets with the ability to negotiate terms and financials
• Design reports and analysis to enable management decision-making
• Control and support the purchase process of the company
• Support Senior Controller with economic and monetary topics
• Other ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• 2-5 years of experience as a FP&A, including meaningful experience in the biotech industry- Significant advantage
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Efficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Display excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships and influence others
• CPA- a plus
• Cash flow forecasting experience – a plus
• Bilingual English & Hebrew
