Product Marketing Manager, Education

Fiverr is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead, shape, and manage our Sellers Education effort in our Product Marketing and Retention team. This role is crucial for shaping and executing our education and content strategy for sellers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to grow their careers on Fiverr.

The ideal candidate will develop a comprehensive content and education roadmap aligned with our organizational goals, enhancing user experiences, boosting engagement, and driving business results.

As the Product Marketing Manager, Seller Education, you'll lead the planning, creation, distribution, and performance analysis of content assets, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.



WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

What am I going to do?

• Lead the development and execution of a holistic content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and the needs of sellers at every stage of their journey creating a career path for each valued segment.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand trends, preferences, behaviors, and pain points, synthesizing insights to build a targeted education strategy.
• Initiate, lead, and manage the planning, creation, distribution, and performance analysis of education efforts across various channels, including email, product touchpoints, events, webinars, and community engagements.
• Be the point of contact for all seller-related education matters, bringing innovative ideas and resources to enhance seller education and career development.
• Identify and leverage relevant distribution channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and more.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Build hands-on digital assets such as emails, landing pages, and in-product marketing channels.
  
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Initiate and moderate webinars as an educational channel to engage and educate our sellers.
• Create and facilitate round tables and interviews and create a feedback loop with our sellers, ensuring their voices are heard and considered.
• Develop educational and content innovation ideas to continuously enhance the learning experience and resources for sellers.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a product marketing manager
• Proven experience in education strategy development
• Proven experience in creating impactful educational content
• Strong analytical skills, highly capable of interpreting data, performing qualitative research, and translating results into actionable key takeaways
• Experience working and successfully collaborating with multiple internal partners, including product, design, content, customer success, brand, business owners, and support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English – Native level, proficient at a high level
