Job Description:

Responsibility for development, improvement, standardization and implementation of business processes and IT supporting systems in global supply chain operations.

• Identifying gaps in current business processes across sites and driving process implementation, to close the gaps.
• Aligning business processes and KPIs between different sites.
• Driving MBO KPIs awareness and ownership across the supply chain organization.
• Collaborating with IT on supply chain related systems development and implementation (SAP, GDM).
• Maintaining the existing reports and developing new reports in the supply chain BI (GDM).
• GDM training and implementation across sites and global category teams.
• Generating, maintaining, and updating the supply chain’s global SOP (Spec).
• Maintaining and developing on-line supporting systems (Box, Share-Point).
• Owning the process improvement program management in Jira and leading supply chain related projects.
• Assisting supply chain teams with data analytics.

Job Requirements

• Academic degree (Supply Chain, Engineering or equal) – a Must.
• Solid understanding in IT systems (SAP,BI) – a Must.
• Strong Microsoft Office capabilities (Excel, MS Project, Visio) – a Must.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to process high volume of complexed data.
• Excellent verbal and written English – a Must.
• Availability to occasionally work during evening hours (US time zone)
