The Opportunity

Monash Rural Health (MRH) Gippsland is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the operational management of medical programs across various clinical training sites in the Gippsland region, including Warragul, Bairnsdale, Sale, Leongatha and Traralgon.

In collaboration with the MRH Director of Gippsland, the Regional Manager will be instrumental in delivering strategic outcomes, contributing to organizational planning, and providing expert change management advice. The role demands a continuous improvement mindset, bringing innovative ideas and industry best practices to the table. Supervision of the professional team and monitoring operational issues to ensure high levels of administrative support are crucial aspects of the position. Additionally, expertise in project planning, financial, physical and human resource management and operational Health and Safety is essential.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and innovate within a dynamic rural health environment, driving excellence and supporting the development of future healthcare professionals. We welcome applications from individuals with postgraduate qualifications and/or demonstrated extensive management experience within a large, complex management structure.

Travelling to various University campuses may be part of the position, and possessing a valid driver's license is crucial for performing the responsibilities.
